It's about time.

I would just like to point out that this behaviour is also occuring in other, non-iTMS countries, including Australia. As to if this means an expansion beyond Canada, that is unclear, as simliar circumstances occured during the EU expansion of the iTMS.

I live in Canada and my iTunes Music Store has had that message pretty much since the ITMS launched in the US. So although I expect a Canadian launch any time soon, I wouldn't be looking at the greeting message for any sort of "tip".

Sorry, I should look before I shoot my mouth off. That is DEFINITELY not the same greeting I usually see. Must be soon then...

I can feel my credit card starting to melt already!

The big difference, besides the way the greeting looks, is that you can't get access to the store any more -- at least I can't. It lets you select from a list of stores, then sends you back to the "not available yet greeting", in a continual loop.

What's worse is for the last day or two, i cant even enter the music store, let alone browse music! it just keeps taking me back to the flag screen, asking which country i'd like to view, then to the 'not available yet' screen

I saw the same message on the iTunes Australia Music Store today.

you'll probably have to wait...sorry. Wish you didn't, but no rumors about Austrailia, usually there'll be some.

Maybe Japan and Austrailia are next?

Now clicking on the link fails to even bring up the country selection window. I assume the new iTMS is very close to being released.

The Canada store will arrive in plenty of time for our friends to the north to buy iPods and make much use of the store before Christmas

I have my credit card next to my Imac. Ready and waiting.

I predict it will be 29 November for Canada and Ireland.

Would be nice if the folks down under also were added on Monday too!

What the f@(%? It's the last few hours of November, 9 o'clock atlantic time, and still no itms. It's bad enough we had to wait so long, but not delivering when they said they would is definitly NOT cool!

It's only 8:00 EST, which is where most Canadians live (Toronto, Ottawa, etc.), so Apple still has 4 hours to deliver on its promise.

It's finally here, I as a Canadian can finally buy iTunes!! I check constantly and last night (Wednesday Dec 2nd) for the first time I didn't get a message telling me iTunes is not in my country!

I tried again today and still can't access the store any idea when it will be available?
