Snowmint Creative Releases Ultimate Pen 1.4.3

by , 5:05 PM EDT, May 4th, 2007

Snowmint Creative Solutions has released version 1.4.3 of Ultimate Pen. This software creates a full screen, transparent window that allows the user to draw on top any application. Improvements include conversion to Universal Application, Clipboard support, full color drawing, and more.

Other improvements include revised help pages for better clarity and navigation, a system-wide hot key to hide the drawing with a single key, marquee selection, multiple display support, and desktop drawing to draw behind the icons.

"While it can be used for drawing on anything, it is particularly useful when working with presentation software. You may add notes, make comments, or add illustrations directly on the screen. You can use Ultimate Pen with a mouse directly or even better, a drawing tablet," the announcement said.

Ultimate Pen

Ultimate Pen requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later. It is priced at US$19.95.
