FontExplorer X 1.2 Adds InDesign CS3 Support

Linotype released FontExplorer X 1.2 on Monday. The updated version of the font management and auto-activation application added support for Adobe InDesign CS3 and Illustrator CS3.

The new version also added a detailed preview to the information window, label sorting, a search by vendor option, QuarkXPress 7 font cache cleaning, Adobe Creative Suite 3 font cache cleaning, several bug fixes, and more. FontExplorer X is a Universal Binary application, allowing it to run natively on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs. It requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher.

FontExplorer X 1.2 is free, and available for download at the Linotype Web site.
