not unless it can play halo, and other xbox specific games. that's all the consoles really have going for them over pc's, the games that are only on that system. wii remote is nice, but it's already been adapted to computers too.

It is all about the games. So long as they can get a large base of quality games then it would be a threat to other consoles.
