I don't believe it will succeed, and as DT says Apple is already exiting this old market/battlefield so the result is (almost) immaterial to Apple on a five year timeframe.

I just can't see any adequate motivation for Psystar and their lawyers... (Topic Continues)

Just went under 173.. time to buy for a trade here, and sell if the bottom of the range breaks... dip buying time! Low risk if you stick to your stop.

Hey lookety-look.. juniors are having some fun, selling the top of the range and exploring the bottom. So long at 172.20 holds, no worries.
